Why We Charge forInitial Consultations
A consultation fee reserves a dedicated block of the attorney's time to review your situation, ask the right questions, and give you a real answer.
The $150 fee is credited toward your engagement if you move forward with the proposal from that specific consultation. Every proposal is valid for 7 days. If you don't hire us within that window, the credit expires with the proposal. If you come back later, even for the same matter, that's a new consultation and a new fee.
Booking and paying for a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee the Firm can represent you. If your matter falls outside Texas, we will assess during the consultation whether we can assist or refer you to an appropriate professional.
