How we price
We price most engagements one of two ways: a flat monthly retainer for ongoing legal support, or a flat project fee for defined, one-time work, so you know the cost before we start, not after. Hourly billing is reserved for matters that are genuinely open-ended, like a regulatory investigation, and we will always tell you upfront which model applies to your situation.

Contract review means we review a contract someone else has sent you to sign, one drafted by the other party or their counsel. We do not review a contract you drafted yourself using an AI tool and sign off on it as if we drafted or vetted it. If you use AI to draft a contract and want something we actually stand behind, that's a drafting engagement, not a review, and it's scoped and priced separately.
