Majo Castro is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Castroland Legal, PLLC, where she advises startups and growing companies at the intersection of cybersecurity, privacy, and business law. She brings a rare combination of advanced legal training and firsthand business ownership experience, enabling her to deliver legal counsel that is both strategic and grounded in real world operations.
Majo earned her LL.M. in Cybersecurity Law from the University of Texas, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Her practice centers on helping companies navigate complex regulatory landscapes while building scalable legal foundations that support innovation, growth, and long-term resilience.
She works closely with founders, executives, and leadership teams to align legal strategy with business objectives, risk tolerance, and technology adoption.
